Next Level Marketing and Promotions is a boutique agency. After 30+ years in business our fee's are very affordable (compared to other marketing companies). Down to earth in everything we do, we don't waste time or money, yours or ours. 

We assist with target marketing and promoting products and services FOR small businesses, start-ups, authors, speakers, entertainers and entrepreneurs with new and exciting products and services.

Free consultation/conversations to establish what you require exactly, how, when and where etc. 

Then, we collaborate with you on all the relevant information required in a pdf to send clients. 

Your website: if needed, we assist with your website content and set up, to ensure it aligns with the information we send to your clients, each page must contain the correct and precise information your clients need to buy/move forward to a sale or booking. 

                                                                  We Research. Contact. Market.

Research: We research where you fit in the market, who is your competition; their prices etc. and establish your point of difference.

Contact: If you have an up-to-date database, we use yours. BTW we update all the info as we go.

If you don't have a database we find your target market on the web, collect all their information for you, website address, company name, contact/s name, email, and phone. This is time consuming for us, but the take-away for you is - you have an up-to-date accurate database to market to later.

We strongly advise all our clients not to purchase a database, we have found them out of date, with the wrong contact names and when we call their office, they are very annoyed, 'that guy left 2 years ago'. Ooops. 

Market: Then we get to work.  

We first call. Yes, each and every contact. We have a strict 'no spam' policy.

We discuss your product and establish their interest level, then email the right person the exact information they require immediately. 

At worst, if they are not interested we find out why and record that feedback for you. 

Reporting back: if the matter is urgent, we contact you to touch base with that client ASAP.

End of week report, every Friday we email you all the info. We forward you as much information as possible in a word doc. Or, if easier forward you the exact email sent out. You record that information in the format you require. 


Our fees: we record every phone call duration, emails sent daily  i.e. all the time spent on your business and bill you fortnightly, payable in 7 days.

After 30 years in business our reputation is intact, we are an ethical agency. Not a call centre and not 'arm breakers' when we talk on the phone. If you are looking for 'hard sell' sales people, it's not us, please keep looking.
